The ten commandments are the foundation of a Christian-Judea law system that is built on a moral code instead of a society driven approval. Yet it has only two laws that are codified in our legal system as being offences which carry a stiff penalty.
“Thou shall not kill/murder/take an innocent life”
“Thou shall not steal”
A third law “Thou shall not “lie” about your neighbor” can be held against you in any court as “perjury.”
The remaining seven laws express how to live in a covenant community of believers. The world doesn’t care about these other seven in a legal sense because if you want to commit adultery, that’s between two consenting adults.
The first three have to do with your relationship with God.
One deals with your respect for your mother and dad.
Three have to deal with your relationship with your neighbors in order to keep the peace but again the legal system cannot make laws against how you behave personally.
Many moons ago there were many laws on the book concerning what was understood as sexual perversion; sodomy, adultery, debauchery, who you can marry, fornication, polygamy, and even age limits.
So the problem in society is that we have slowly accepted behavior and decriminalize it and turning the law into a “Society driven” rule of law, meaning if there is enough of us to accept something that is considered immoral those laws are removed from the books.
No one would accept bestiality, necrophelia, or incest, as a normal lifestyle but we have slowly accepted other behaviors God completely views as blasphemy against human nature.
The second problem is redefining a absolute moral law in order to justify our behaviors and actions. This is done specifically concerning abortion. Which is the taking of a human life. We no longer call it murder instead we call it “I have a right to my body” but it is not your body that you are murdering. It is the laziest justification for sin known to man. The abortion industry wants society to believe it’s not taking a life but the removal of a few clump of cells but we all know a heartbeat indicates a life. SAVE THE WHALES BUT NOT THE BABIES!!
The second greatest moral issue that plagues our society is sexual perversion. The cheapening of life has led to the porn industry, child trafficking as well as the abortion industry. While many countries are making and have laws against sexual perversions of all kinds the US continues to decline in the absence of a moral standard provided by a creator who values all life. As the creator, He knows how we were designed and what works. When men live outside those standards they reap a consequence for their actions. From broken marriages to sickness and disease.
But here is the rub.
The attack by the left who upholds the rule of law that is led by society whims in the name of tolerance, inclusivity, and diversity which ignores empathy and understanding. Religious tolerance is forfeited by hate groups for one simple reason.

Society screamed against the evil of the KKK and yet embraces the racism of BLM. The problem is that some of us white folk do not accept the premise of identifying with “white supremacy” as part of our national heritage. But we see the sickness of the KKK now being propagated in BLM. All we have done is exchange initials and skin color..
We have chosen to deceive ourselves into thinking what is evil is good and good evil. Which means we no longer look to a creator for a moral standard, but we are driven by our own passions and lust and desires for pleasure. So the whole world looks upon the emperor and sees his nakedness but refuses to speak. The lone voice of the little boy who speaks the truth is chastised.
So we capitulate to the voice of the “pro-choice” community and build centers designed to take the life of human beings. Especially of those in the black community.
We capitulate to the voices of the LGBTQIA community to accept in our schools, churches, and government those who suffer from mental illness.
Then we have capitulated to the reverse racist agenda that judges people on the color of their skin and not on the content of their character. All that MLK fought for be damned.
What we in the religious community fear is that the left has no compulsion to attack us based on lies, intimidation, insult, injury, slander, prejudice, simply because we call sin a sin. We refuse to allow that sin into the church. (well maybe the majority of Christianity has)
And yet the problem has reached a crescendo.
The feminist movement was founded on the resistance to misogyny and inequality among the sexes. Yet they have to capitulate to a society that now says a man can be a woman and therefore become subservient to a man who now claims to be a woman and then be dominated by that man and not allowed to speak out against the inequality.
The “woman” of the year is a man. Let that sink in. A man is being touted as being a better example of a what a woman is than a woman born as a woman.
Women’s sports are being dominated and overrun by men claiming to be woman and yet sensible woman are screaming out “foul play” and so the left again kicks into high gear to silence and diminish that voice of reason because they remain committed to stupidity in allowing a man to now become “Miss Universe.”
Something has to give. Either we admit the emperor has no clothes or we continue to try and fool ourselves.
These are not republican talking points but demonstrates the alt left being committed to live the lie. The attacked in this op ed is not against the left or “democrats” but against those who refuse to call sin, sin.
